At Juniper, your safety and experience always come first. Below are the guidelines on when refunds may apply.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (MBG)
Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to your first monthly subscription order.
- Available if requested within 30 days of your first order paid date
- Applies once per customer
- Not applicable to bulk purchase plans
To request a refund under the MBG, please submit our Cancellation Request Form.

Before your order is processed
To avoid your next order being processed, please submit Cancellation Request Form as early as possible. Requests made close to the processing time may not be applied in time.
We also send email notifications 5 days before your order is processed, so you’re fully aware and have time to make any changes.

After your order is processed
Once your order has been processed, it will be charged and fulfilled.
- We are unable to provide refunds for orders that have already been processed
- This applies even if the order has not yet been delivered
After shipment
Once your medication has been shipped, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds due to safety and quality regulations for prescription medicines.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please submit a Help Request Form as soon as possible with:
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the package (inside and outside)
Our team will review your case and assist you.
Please note that photo or video evidence is required for us to assess your request. Without this, we may not be able to process a refund or replacement.
