定期購入の解約方法
ジュニパーの定期購入は、解約手続きフォームよりご申請いただくことで、いつでも解約できます。ご依頼は通常1〜2営業日以内に順次処理いたします。
次回のご注文が処理されるのを避けるため、次回注文予定日の3日前までを目安に解約のご連絡をお願いいたします。
なお、解約のご連絡をいただいた時点で、すでに処理済みのご注文については発送および請求が行われます。処理済みのご注文に関しては返金いたしかねますので、ご了承ください。
解約手続き完了後は、以降のご注文およびご請求は発生いたしません。
How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel your Juniper subscription at any time by filling out the cancellation form. Our team will review and process your request as quickly as possible, typically within 1–2 business days.
To avoid your next order being processed, we recommend submitting your cancellation request at least 3 days in advance of your next order date.
Please note that any orders that have already been processed before your request is received will still be fulfilled and charged. We are unable to issue refunds for orders that have already been processed.
After your cancellation is processed, no further orders will be placed or charged.
