ジュニパーでは、2026年10月1日より、診察方法が電話からビデオ診察に変わりました。
この記事では、ビデオ診察の受け方についてご説明します。
事前にご準備ください
診察当日までに、以下をご用意ください。
- 写真付きの本人確認書類 — マイナンバーカード・運転免許証・パスポート・在留カードのいずれか1点 ※初診の方のみ
- デバイス — スマートフォン・タブレット・カメラとマイク付きのPC
- 場所 — 静かで明るい、プライベートな環境
- インターネット接続 — 安定したビデオ通話ができる環境
- 任意 — スマホスタンドやBluetoothイヤホンがあるとスムーズです
アプリのダウンロードは不要です。ブラウザからそのままご参加いただけます。
診察の流れ
1. 診察時間になったら、マイページを開く
ご予約の時間になりましたら、マイページを開き、「診察室に入る」ボタンをタップしてください。
2. 待合室でお待ちください
医師が準備できるまで、そのままの画面でお待ちください。画面を切り替えると、呼び出しを見逃してしまう場合があります。当日の予約状況により、開始が最大20分程度後ろ倒しになる場合があります。
3. 本人確認 ※初診の方のみ
診察が始まると、医師から本人確認を求められます。本人確認書類をカメラに向けてお見せください。
4. 全身確認
現在の健康状態を把握するため、医師の指示に従ってお体全身をカメラに映してください。ジャケットなど厚手の上着を着ている場合は、脱いでご準備ください。 ※再診の場合は行わないこともあります。
5. 診察
医師が、事前にご回答いただいた問診票をもとに診察を行います。あなたの体の状態や生活習慣をふまえ、最適なお薬をご提案します。
6. 診察後
処方が承認されると、マイページよりお薬のご注文に進んでいただけます。ご注文確定後、最短翌日にご指定の住所へお届けします。
【重要】ご注意点
- 医師入室後、2分以内にご入室がない場合、予約がキャンセルとなります。お早めに入室してお待ちください。
- 本人確認書類に不備があったり、インターネット環境がオンライン診察を行うにふさわしくないと判断された場合、診察を中止し再予約をお願いすることがあります。

From 1 October 2026, Juniper consultations are now held via video call instead of phone.
This article walks you through everything you need to know to join your video consultation.
What to prepare
Please have the following ready before your appointment:
- Photo ID — one of: My Number card, driver's licence, passport, or residence card ※ First consultation only
- Device — smartphone, tablet, or a computer with a camera and microphone
- Environment — a quiet, well-lit, private space
- Internet connection — stable enough for a video call
- Optional — a phone stand or Bluetooth earphones can help things run more smoothly
No app download is needed — you can join directly from your browser.
How it works
1. Open your profile page when it's time for your appointment
When your appointment time arrives, head to your profile page and tap the "Join waiting room" button.
2. Wait for your doctor
Stay on the waiting room screen until your doctor joins. Switching away from the screen may cause you to miss the call. Please note that depending on the day's bookings, your consultation may start up to 20 minutes behind schedule.
3. ID verification ※ First consultation only
Once your consultation begins, your doctor will ask to verify your identity. Please hold your photo ID up to the camera.
4. Physical check
To help your doctor assess your current health, you'll be asked to show your full body on camera following your doctor's instructions. If you're wearing a thick jacket or heavy layers, please be ready to remove them. ※ This may be skipped for follow-up consultations.
5. Your consultation
Your doctor will review the health questionnaire you completed beforehand and recommend a treatment suited to your health and lifestyle.
6. After your consultation
Once your prescription is approved, you can proceed to order your medication through your account. After payment is confirmed, your medication will be delivered as soon as the next day.
Please note
- If you haven't joined within 2 minutes of your doctor entering the room, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. Please join early and wait in the waiting room.
- If there are any issues with your ID documents, or if your internet connection is deemed unsuitable for an online consultation, your appointment may need to be cancelled and rescheduled.
