本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、お友達紹介プログラムへのお客様の参加に適用されます。ジュニパーをご利用中のお客様（以下「紹介者」）は、紹介者ご自身の専用紹介コード（以下「紹介コード」）を通じて、対象となるお友達やご家族（以下「お友達」）をジュニパープログラムにご紹介いただけます。以下の条件に従い、紹介者およびお友達は、それぞれジュニパープログラムのご注文時に合計5,000円の割引（以下「特典」）を受けることができます。お友達紹介プログラムにご参加いただくことで、お客様は本規約を読み、理解し、これに同意したものとみなされます。
第1条 対象条件
お友達紹介プログラムの特典を受けるための条件は以下の通りです。
1.1 紹介者は、本規約第2条に従い紹介コードが利用された時点で、ジュニパープログラムの有効な利用者であること。本規約における「有効な利用者」とは、ジュニパープログラムに現在登録しており、解約、一定の猶予期間を超えた一時停止、またはその他の理由によるプログラムの中断をしていない利用者を指します。
1.2 お友達は以下をすべて満たすこと：
- ジュニパープログラムの新規利用者であること（処方内容の変更や再開を含め、現在または過去にジュニパーを利用したことがある方は対象外となります）
- 18歳以上であること
- 医師による処方の対象となり、プログラムを始めることに同意すること
第2条 特典の利用方法
特典を利用するには、以下の手続きが必要です。
2.1 対象となる紹介者は、紹介コードをお友達に共有してください（対象となる紹介者は、マイページのアカウントアイコンからアクセスできる「プログラム内容」内で、ご自身の専用紹介コードを確認できます）。
2.2 お友達は、以下いずれかの方法により紹介コードを利用するものとします：
- 紹介者から共有されたURLリンクを通じてジュニパーに登録すること（この場合、紹介コードはお会計時に自動的に適用されます）；または
- ジュニパープログラムの初回購入時、お会計の際に紹介コードを直接入力すること
いずれの場合も、医師により処方が適切と判断される必要があります。
2.3 紹介者は、紹介コードを共有することにより、自身がジュニパーの利用者であることをお友達に開示することになる点を承諾します。同様に、お友達は、紹介コードを受け取ることにより、自身がジュニパーの利用者であることを紹介者に開示することになる点を承諾します。
第3条 特典内容
本規約第2条に従い特典が利用された場合：
3.1 お友達は、ジュニパープログラムの最初の2回の注文それぞれに2,500円の割引が自動的に適用されます（1回の注文につき2,500円、合計最大5,000円）。
3.2 お友達がジュニパープログラムの初回注文を完了すると、紹介者のジュニパープログラムの次回注文に5,000円の割引が自動的に適用されます。
3.3 紹介者が複数の紹介成立により複数の特典を獲得した場合、各特典は将来の注文に1件ずつ順番に適用されます。複数の特典を同一注文に重ねて適用することはできません。
3.4 紹介者特典（5,000円）とお友達特典（2,500円）は同一注文に併用できません。お友達が紹介者特典を獲得した時点でお友達特典が未使用の場合、紹介者特典が優先して適用され、残りのお友達特典はその後の注文に順次適用されます。
3.5 本特典は、他の割引・プロモーション・ポイントと併用可能です（利用時に別途記載がある場合を除きます）。
3.6 本プログラムは無期限に提供されるものではありません。ジュニパーは、本プログラムを終了し、紹介コードおよび特典を無効とすることができます。プログラムを終了する場合は、合理的な範囲で事前にお知らせします。
第4条 その他
4.1 紹介者は、SMS、LINE、メール、SNS、その他適用可能な方法により紹介コードを共有する前に、お友達から明確な同意を得る必要があります。紹介者は、紹介コードの共有その他の行為においてジュニパーの代理人または正式な代表者として行動するものではないことに同意し、事前に許可を得たお友達のみをご紹介いただくものとします。
4.2 本特典および紹介コードは、以下に該当する場合には利用できません。
- 遡って適用すること
- 販売、譲渡、または現金への引き換えをすること
- 商用目的で利用すること。本規約のいかなる内容も、紹介の商用化やマーケティング（SEOや広告目的を含む）のためにジュニパーのロゴ、商標、その他の知的財産を使用する権利を付与するものではありません
- 紹介者またはお友達が、特典適用前にジュニパープログラムを解約している場合に利用すること
4.3 ジュニパーは、紹介コードの紛失、遅延、誤送付について責任を負いません。
4.4 ジュニパーは、いつでも本規約（お友達紹介プログラムの終了を含む）を変更する権利を有します。変更内容は、当社ウェブサイトへの掲載またはその他の方法による参加者への通知をもって、直ちに効力を生じます。参加者が紹介コードを使用した後に本規約が変更された場合、参加者は紹介コード使用時点で適用されていた特典のみを受ける資格を有します。
4.5 ジュニパーの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーは、本お友達紹介プログラムに適用され、その一部を構成します。
4.6 ジュニパーは、不正行為、不誠実な行為、または本規約への違反が疑われる場合、紹介コードおよび／または特典を無効にする権利、または紹介者もしくはお友達の参加資格を取り消す権利を有します。

Welcome to the Juniper Refer and Earn Program! These terms and conditions (the "Referral Terms") govern your participation in the program. Juniper customers (each, a "Referrer") can refer eligible friends and contacts (each, a "Friend") to the Juniper Program using the Referrer's unique referral code (the "Referral Code"). Subject to the conditions below, the Referrer and the Friend will each receive a total of ¥5,000 in discounts off their next order(s) on the Juniper Program (the "Reward"). By participating in the Refer and Earn Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Referral Terms.
1. Eligibility
To qualify for a Reward via the Refer and Earn Program:
1.1. the Referrer must be an active patient on the Juniper Program at the time the Referral Code is redeemed in accordance with clause 2 of these Referral Terms. For the purposes of these Referral Terms, "active patient" means a patient who is currently enrolled in the Juniper Program and has not cancelled, paused beyond any permitted grace period, or otherwise ceased treatment; and
1.2. the Friend must:
- be a new patient to the Juniper Program (the Friend cannot be a current or former patient of Juniper, including a patient changing or restarting treatment);
- be at least 18 years old; and
- be eligible for, and accept treatment from, a doctor on Juniper's platform.
2. Redeeming the Offer
To redeem the offer:
2.1. an eligible Referrer must share their Referral Code with a Friend (eligible Referrers can find their unique Referral Code under Treatment, accessible via the account icon in the Juniper web app);
2.2. the Friend must redeem the Referral Code by either:
- registering with Juniper via the URL link shared by the Referrer (in which case the Referral Code will be applied automatically at checkout); or
- entering the Referral Code directly at checkout when making their first purchase on the Juniper Program;
and, in either case, be approved for treatment by a Juniper practitioner; and
2.3. the Referrer acknowledges that, by sharing the Referral Code, they will disclose their status as an active Juniper patient to the Friend. Similarly, the Friend acknowledges that, by accepting the Referral Code, they will disclose their status as an active Juniper patient to the Referrer.
3. The Reward
If the offer is redeemed in accordance with clause 2 of these Referral Terms:
3.1. the Friend will receive a ¥2,500 discount that will apply automatically to each of their first two orders on the Juniper Program (¥2,500 per order, up to ¥5,000 in total);
3.2. once the Friend has successfully purchased their first order on the Juniper Program, the Referrer will receive a ¥5,000 discount that will apply automatically to their next order on the Juniper Program;
3.3. if a Referrer becomes entitled to more than one Reward as a result of multiple successful referrals, each Reward will be applied separately to the Referrer's future orders on the Juniper Program. Rewards cannot be combined with each other or applied to the same order;
3.4. if a Friend becomes entitled to a Referrer's Reward before they have received their full Friend Reward, the two Rewards will not be combined or applied to the same order. The ¥5,000 Reward will take priority and apply to the next eligible order, and any remaining Friend Reward will roll over and apply to a subsequent eligible order;
3.5. the Reward may be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or loyalty points available on the Juniper Program, unless otherwise stated at the time of use; and
3.6. the Refer and Earn Program will not remain open indefinitely, and Juniper reserves the right to cancel any Referral Code and/or Reward once the program ends. Where reasonably practicable, Juniper will provide advance notice of the Refer and Earn Program's closure.
4. General
4.1. The Referrer must have obtained the clear and affirmative consent of the Friend to receive the Referral Code by SMS, LINE, email, social media, or any other applicable method. The Referrer agrees that they are not acting as an agent or authorised representative of Juniper when sharing the Referral Code, and must only refer a Friend who has given their permission prior to sharing the Referral Code.
4.2. The Reward and the Referral Code cannot be:
- applied retroactively;
- sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash;
- used for commercial purposes. Nothing in these Referral Terms grants any right to use Juniper's logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property to commercialise or market referrals, including for SEO or public advertising purposes; or
- used if the Referrer or the Friend has cancelled their Juniper Program before the Reward has been applied.
4.3. Juniper will not be held responsible for any lost, delayed, or misdirected Referral Codes.
4.4. Juniper reserves the right to modify these Referral Terms (including ending the Refer and Earn Program) at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting the revised Referral Terms on our website, or upon notifying participants by other means. If a participant has already used a Referral Code and the Referral Terms are subsequently changed before their referral is processed, the participant will remain eligible only for the Reward applicable at the time the Referral Code was used.
4.5. The Juniper Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply and form part of this Refer and Earn Program.
4.6. Juniper reserves the right to revoke any Referral Code and/or Reward, or to disqualify any Referrer or Friend, in the event of suspected fraud, bad faith, or violation of these Referral Terms.
