診察のキャンセル・予約変更について | About cancelling or rescheduling your consultation

診察の予約変更・キャンセル方法について

ご予定が変更になった場合もご安心ください。ご登録のメールアドレスとパスワードで 「Juniperアカウント」（にログインすることで、簡単に予約の変更またはキャンセルが可能です。

ご予約確定後の操作方法：

• 予約を変更する場合： 予約確認ページの「Reschedule」ボタンをクリックし、ご都合の良い日時をお選びください。
• 予約をキャンセルする場合：

1. 予約確認ページで「Return to profile」をクリック
2. 「Reschedule call」または「Cancel booking」が表示されます
3. 「Cancel booking」を選択
4. 確認画面で「Cancel booking」をクリックして確定

※キャンセルを取りやめる場合は「Keep booking」を選択してください。

How can I reschedule or cancel my consultation?

If your plans change, there’s no need to worry. You can easily reschedule or cancel your consultation by logging into your Juniper Account using your registered email and password.

Once your appointment is confirmed:

• To reschedule: Click the “Reschedule” button on your appointment confirmation page and choose a new time that works for you.
• To cancel:
  1. On the appointment confirmation page, click “Return to profile.”
  2. You’ll see two options: “Reschedule call” or “Cancel booking.”
  3. Select “Cancel booking.”
  4. You’ll be asked to confirm. Choose “Cancel booking” to proceed. If you change your mind, you can select “Keep booking” instead.
