⚠️ 注意：ご注文いただいたペンは、1本で4回分の投与が可能です。4回分をすべて使い切るまでは、ペンを捨てないでください。
ステップ1. 注射針の取りつけ
手指を石けんでよく洗い、しっかり乾かしてから始めましょう。
注射針の後針をゴム栓にまっすぐ奥まで差し込み、止まるまで回してください。
その後、「針ケース」と「針キャップ」をまっすぐ引っぱって外します。
【初回使用時のみ】動作確認
点線目盛りをポインターに合わせ、注入ボタンを押してください。針先から薬液が出ることを確認しましょう。
ステップ2. 投与量の設定
医師から指示された投与量が表示されるまで、ダイヤルを回します。
ステップ3. 注射
注入ボタンを押したままの状態で、6秒以上注射針を刺したままにしてください。
注射が終わったら
- 注射針に「針ケース」をまっすぐ取り付け、針ケースごと回して外します。
- 針ケースに戻した使用済みの注射針は、プラスチック製の容器（例：空のペットボトルなど）に入れ、容器がいっぱいになったらお近くの薬局、または普段ご利用の薬局にお持ちください。薬局で処分を依頼できます。
- 使用済みのペンも、クリニックまたはお住まいの地域の自治体の指示に従って、適切に処分してください。
注射の一般的な注意事項
- 1週間に1回、同じ曜日に注射します。食事の有無にかかわらず使用できます。
- 注射は皮膚の下（脂肪層）に行います。注射部位は、太もも、上腕、または腹部のいずれかを選んでください。
- 注射部位は毎週変更して、しこりや硬直した組織、皮膚の刺激を避けるようにしましょう。
保管方法と廃棄方法
- 未使用のペン → 2°C〜8°C（36°F〜46°F）で冷蔵保存してください。
- 使用中のペン → 15°C〜30°C（59°F〜86°F）の室温、または冷蔵保存が可能です。一度使用したペンは、初回使用から6週間以内にご使用ください。6週間を過ぎた場合は、薬が残っていてもペンを廃棄してください。
- 針ケースに戻した使用済みの注射針は、プラスチック製の容器（例：空のペットボトルなど）に入れ、容器がいっぱいになったらお近くの薬局、または普段ご利用の薬局にお持ちください。薬局で処分を依頼できます。家庭ごみやその他の廃棄物と一緒に捨てないでください。

How do I use Wegovy MD?

⚠️ Please note: Each pen in your order is designed to provide four doses. Please do not discard the pen until all four doses have been used.
Step 1: Attach the needle
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and dry hands.
- Insert the back end of the needle straight into the rubber stopper and twist until it stops.

Remove the outer needle cover and inner needle cap by pulling them straight off.
🔹 First use only – Operation check
- Turn the dial until the dashed line on the dose window aligns with the pointer, and then press down the button.
- Confirm that a small drop of liquid appears at the needle tip.
Step 2: Set the dose
- Turn the dial until your prescribed dose appears in the dose window.
Step 3: Inject the dose
- Insert the needle into your skin and press the dose button.
- Keep the needle inserted while pressing the button for at least 6 seconds.
After injection
- Carefully place the needle cover back on the needle, then unscrew the needle with the cover still attached.
- After using the needle, please put the safety cap back on and place it in a plastic container (for example, an empty PET bottle is fine). Once the container is full, please bring it to the nearest pharmacy or the pharmacy you usually visit and ask them to dispose of it.
- Properly discard used pens as well, in accordance with your clinic’s or local government’s guidelines.
General injection guidance
- Inject Wegovy once a week, on the same day, with or without food.
- Injections should go into the subcutaneous (fatty) layer under the skin of your upper thigh, upper arm, or abdomen.
- Rotate injection sites weekly to avoid lumps, hardened tissue, or irritation.
How do I store and dispose of Wegovy MD?
- Unused pens → refrigerate at 2°C–8°C (36°F–46°F).
- In-use pens → may be stored at room temperature 15°C–30°C (59°F–86°F) or refrigerated. Use within 6 weeks after first use. After 6 weeks, you must discard of the pen even if there is still medication left in it.
- After using the needle, please put the safety cap back on and place it in a plastic container (for example, an empty PET bottle is fine). Once the container is full, please bring it to the nearest pharmacy or the pharmacy you usually visit and ask them to dispose of it. Do not dispose of it with your household waste or with other items.
