マンジャロの使い方

ペンの準備：
- ペンを冷蔵庫から取り出します。グレーのベースキャップは外さずにそのままにしておきます。
- ラベルを確認し、正しい薬剤名・用量・有効期限であることを確認します。
- ペンに破損がないか確認します。
- 薬剤が凍結していないか、濁っていないか、変色（無色〜わずかに黄色）していないか、異物が入っていないか確認します。
- 手を洗います。
注射の手順：
1. 注射部位を選ぶ：
皮膚の下に十分な脂肪がある部位（太ももの上部、上腕、お腹）が適しています。
- 上腕の後ろ側は、他の人に注射してもらうことも可能です。
- 毎週同じ部位の中でも注射する位置は変えるようにしましょう（全く同じ場所は避けてください）。
2. グレーのベースキャップを外す：
- ペンがロック状態であることを確認します。
- グレーのキャップをまっすぐ引き抜き、廃棄します。
※ グレーのキャップは元に戻したり、針部分に触れたりしないでください。
3. 透明のベースを皮膚に当て、ロック解除：
- ペンの透明な底面部分を、皮膚にしっかりと平らに密着させます。
- 緑の目印ををロック解除の方向に止まるまで回してください。
4. 押し続けて注射：
- 紫色の注入ボタンを押し、10秒間そのまま待ちます。
- 以下のクリック音に注意してください：
- 1回目のカチッという音： 注射が開始されます。
- 2回目のカチッという音： 注射が完了です。
- 注射が完了すると、注射器の透明な部分にグレーのゴムピストンが見えるようになります。
投与を忘れた場合：
- 気づいた時点でできるだけ早く投与してください。
- 次の投与予定日まで3日未満の場合は、投与を忘れた分はスキップし、予定通り次回の投与を行ってください。
- 2回以上続けて投与を忘れた場合や、しばらくお休みする予定がある場合は、副作用を防ぐためJuniper医療サポート（contact@myjuniper.jp）までご連絡ください。必要に応じて用量を減らして再開する可能性があります。

Preparing Your Pen:
- Remove the pen from the refrigerator. Leave the gray base cap on.
- Check the label to confirm the correct medicine, dose, and expiry date.
- Inspect the pen for damage.
- Ensure the medicine is not frozen, cloudy, discolored (should be colorless to slightly yellow), or contain particles.
- Wash your hands.
Injection Steps:
1. Choose Your Injection Site:
Areas with a good amount of fat below the skin (upper thigh, upper arm or stomach) are the most suitable areas to inject.
- Another person can help inject into the back of your upper arm.
- Rotate injection sites each week within the same body area (don't use the exact same spot).
2. Remove the Gray Base Cap:
- Ensure the pen is locked.
- Pull the gray base cap straight off and discard it. Do not put it back on or touch the needle.
3. Place Clear Base on Skin & Unlock:
- Place the clear base of the pen flat against your chosen injection site.
- Unlock the pen by turning the lock ring.
4. Press and Hold to Inject:
- Press and hold the purple injection button for up to 10 seconds.
- Listen for:
- First click: Injection started.
- Second click: Injection completed.
- You will know the injection is complete when the gray plunger is visible.
Missed a Dose?
- Take the missed dose as soon as possible.
- If your next scheduled dose is less than 3 days away, skip the missed dose and continue with your next scheduled dose.
- If you've missed more than 2 doses or plan a break, contact Juniper Medical Support at contact@myjuniper.jp to review your treatment plan and potentially restart at a reduced dose to avoid side effects.
