オゼンピックの使用方法
📺 ペンを正しくお使いいただくために、注射方法を説明したこちらの動画をご覧ください。
始める前に： 手を洗いましょう。注射薬、新しい針、アルコール綿を用意します。
1: ペンを準備する
注射薬の液の色が濁っていたり変色していないかを確認します。
2: 新しい針を取り付けるには、
注射針をゴム栓にまっすぐ差し込み、止まるまで回します。
3: ペンの動作確認（新しいペンを初めて使用する際のみ）
ダイアル表示が「0」であることを確認したうえで、ダイアルを「点線目盛（0のすぐ後）」に設定します。
針を上に向け、ペンを軽くたたいてカートリッジ内の気泡を上に集めます。
針先を上に向けたまま、注入ボタンを押し込みます。
※動作確認は最初の使用時にのみ行います。2回目以降は不要です。
4: 注射部位の確認
注射部位を消毒し、ダイヤルを指示された用量にポインターを合わせます。
注射部位：
お腹（へそから5cm以上離れた場所）、太ももの上部、上腕の外側の皮下脂肪層に注射します。
毎回注射部位を変えることで、肌の刺激や不快感を防ぎます。
5: 注射する
注射針を皮膚の面に対して、まっすぐに根元まで刺してくださ い。
「カチッ」と音がするまで注入ボタンを押し続け、カウンターが0になるまで押します。
注射針を刺したまま、6秒以上ゆっくり数えながら注入ボタンを押し続けてください。
その後、注入ボタンを押したまま針を抜きます。
6: 注射後
注射針を注射ペンから慎重に取り外し、キャップを閉めます。針は硬い廃棄容器に廃棄してください。
【重要】針刺し事故を防ぐために、使用済みの針は専用の耐穿刺性容器に廃棄してください。
ご家庭では使用済みのペットボトルや牛乳パックなどを活用すると便利です。
クリニックまたは自治体の指示に従って廃棄してください。
家庭ゴミやその他の廃棄物とは一緒に捨てないでください。
7: 注射ペンの保管方法
- 未使用のペン → 2°C〜8°C（36°F〜46°F）で冷蔵保存してください。
- 使用中のペン → 室温15°C～30°C（59°F～86°F）または冷蔵保存が可能です。
服用を忘れた場合
- 48時間未満の遅れ： 気づいた時点ですぐに注射してください。
-
48時間以上経過： 今回の分はスキップし、次回の予定通りの注射を行ってください。
※2回分を一度に注射しないでください。
注射日を毎週のルーティン（例：曜日ごとの決まった予定）と紐づけることで、継続しやすくなります。

Before You Begin: Wash your hands. Gather your pen, a new needle, and alcohol swabs.
1: Prepare the pen Check that the medicine in the injection pen is not cloudy or discolored.
2: To attach a new needle, insert the needle straight into the rubber stopper and turn it until it stops.
3: Check the pen's operation. Flow Check (First Use of New Pen Only):
Turn the dose selector to the flow check symbol (below 0).
Hold the pen with the needle pointing up and tap gently to move air bubbles.
Press the dose button until a drop appears at the needle tip.
Operation checks will only be performed the first time and will not be performed from the second time onwards.
4: Check the injection site.
Disinfect the injection site and turn the dial to the specified dosage.
Injection Sites: Inject into the fatty layer of your stomach (at least 5 cm from the navel), upper thigh, or upper arm. It’s important to rotate injection sites each week to avoid irritation or discomfort.
5: Inject the medication:
Insert the entire needle straight into your skin.
Press and hold the dose button until the counter returns to 0.
Keep pressing the button with the needle inserted and count slowly to over 6 seconds before removing the needle to ensure a full dose.
Then, while still holding down the injection button, remove the needle.
6: After your injection
Carefully remove the needle from the injection pen and replace the cap. Dispose of the needle in a hard-disposable container.
[IMPORTANT] To prevent needle stick injuries, dispose of used needles in a special puncture-resistant container. At home, it is convenient to use used plastic bottles or milk cartons.
Dispose of the product according to the clinic's or local government's instructions. Do not dispose of it with your household waste or with other items.
7: Storage of the injection pen
- Unused pens → refrigerate at 2°C–8°C (36°F–46°F).
- In-use pens → may be stored at room temperature 15°C–30°C (59°F–86°F) or refrigerated.
Forgot Your Dose?
- Less than 48 hours late: Take the missed dose immediately.
- More than 48 hours late: Skip the missed dose and take your next dose as scheduled. Do not double your dose.
Consider linking your injection day to a weekly routine activity for consistency.
