アカウントにログインができない場合 | I can’t log-In to my account

以下の手順に従って、パスワードの更新が可能です。

  1. https://app.myjuniper.jp/login にアクセス
  2. 「パスワードをお忘れですか？」をクリック
  3. アカウントに紐づいているメールアドレスを入力し、「アカウント回復のメールを送信する」を選択
  4. 新しいパスワードの設定方法が記載されたメールが届きます。 10分以内にメールが届かない場合は、迷惑メールフォルダやスパムフォルダをご確認ください。

You can update your password by following the steps below:

  1. Go to https://app.myjuniper.jp/login

  2. Click on “Forgot your password?”

  3. Enter the email address linked to your account and select “Send account recovery email”

  4. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set a new password. If you don’t see the email within 10 minutes, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
