If the injection pen you received is defective or damaged, please submit a Help Request Form as soon as possible. Be sure to include as much information as you can, such as photos or videos, that clearly show the defect or damage.
If you have already attempted to use the injection pen, please also let us know how many doses were administered and, if applicable, any steps you took to try and fix the issue.
お届けしたオゼンピックの皮下注ペンに欠陥や破損があった時は、皮下注ペンの写真、動画など、欠陥や破損の状況がわかるよう、できるだけ多くの情報をご記入の上、速やかにヘルプリクエストをお送りください。
すでに皮下注ペンのご使用を試みた場合は、服薬を行った回数、（もしあれば）皮下注ペンを直そうとして行った試みもお知らせください。
