妊娠中・授乳中の方には、安全上の理由からジュニパープログラムが提供するGLP-1製剤（マンジャロ、ウゴービ、リベルサス）はご使用いただけません。
妊活中の方は、妊娠を試みる前に服薬を中止する必要があります。
妊活中の方へ
妊娠を目指す前の減量にGLP-1/GIP製剤を使用する場合は、妊娠を計画する時期に注意が必要です。妊娠を希望する場合は、服薬を中止したうえで、妊娠を試みるまで十分な期間を空ける必要があります。
中止のタイミングは、お使いのお薬によって異なります。
- マンジャロ：妊娠を試みる1ヶ月以上前に中止してください。
- ウゴービ・リベルサス：妊娠を試みる2ヶ月以上前に中止してください
妊活を検討し始めたら、早めに担当医師にご相談ください。
体外受精（IVF）・採卵を予定している方
IVFや採卵など不妊治療の処置を予定されている場合、処置の3ヶ月以上前に中止が必要になるケースがあります。不妊治療の担当医師に事前にご相談いただくことをお勧めします。
妊娠中・授乳中の方へ
妊娠中・授乳中の方は、安全上の理由から、ジュニパープログラムが提供するGLP-1製剤をご使用いただけません。プログラムが提供する医薬品の成分について、胎児または母乳を通じての乳児への影響が現時点で確認されていないためです。
授乳中の方は、授乳が完全に終わってから服薬を再開することをお勧めします。
妊娠が発覚した場合
服薬中に妊娠の可能性に気づいた場合は、すぐに服薬を中止し、できるだけ早く妊娠検査を行ってください。その後、かかりつけ医または産科医に速やかにご連絡ください。

GLP-1 medications (Mounjaro, Wegovy, and Rybelsus) are not available to those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are trying to conceive, you will need to stop your medication before attempting pregnancy.
If you are trying to conceive
If you are using GLP-1/GIP medications to lose weight before trying to conceive, it's important to plan ahead. You will need to stop your medication and allow sufficient time before attempting pregnancy.
The required stop date depends on which medication you are taking:
- Mounjaro: Stop at least 1 month before trying to conceive.
- Wegovy and Rybelsus: Stop at least 2 months before trying to conceive
If you are considering trying for a baby, please speak to your doctor as early as possible.
If you are planning IVF or egg retrieval
If you are undergoing IVF or egg retrieval as part of fertility treatment, you may need to stop your medication 3 months or more before any procedures. Please discuss this with your fertility provider before commencing any medication.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding
For safety reasons, Juniper's weight loss medications are not available to those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. While there is currently no confirmed evidence that the active ingredients in these medications affect a fetus or pass through breast milk, the lack of conclusive data means we take a cautious approach.
If you are currently breastfeeding, we recommend pausing your medication until breastfeeding is fully stopped.
If you discover you are pregnant
If you suspect you may be pregnant while taking medication, stop your medication immediately and take a pregnancy test as soon as possible. Please then contact your GP or maternity care provider promptly.
