チェックインで誤った体重を入力してしまった場合は、ご依頼に応じて修正または削除のお手伝いが可能です。
- ケア・チームがお客様に代わって新規の体重データを入力することはできません。
- 修正をご希望の場合は、更新したい日付と正しい体重を記載のうえ、ヘルプリクエストフォームよりご依頼ください。
If you've entered an incorrect weight in your Check-In, we can help update or delete that entry upon request.
- The Care Team can modify or remove existing entries, including your starting weight if it was entered incorrectly, but we cannot input new data on your behalf.
- To request a correction, send a Help Request Form including the date and correct weight value you’d like to update.
